Physiotherapy records
When we provide physiotherapy treatment, we collect clinical information relevant to your care: your health history, assessment findings, treatment notes, and any outcome measures recorded during sessions. This information is used solely to deliver safe and effective physiotherapy to you.
How long we keep your information
Contact details are kept only for as long as needed to manage your appointment or enquiry. Clinical records are retained in line with professional guidance from the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, which recommends a minimum of eight years for adult records.
